A Little About Me
Gemma Janata
Gemma is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), Certified Meditation Teacher, Dance Teacher and Mother. After many years of traveling around the world, Gemma found her passion for helping and teaching others in the world of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. She experienced life as a full-time working mother, with a traveling husband, and family miles away. It was then that her desire to provide accessible, at home, and on-demand classes was born.
On Demand Class Offerings
Gem Zen Studios On Demand
Classes are pre-recorded and are added to a growing library. The library includes a variety of styles and on demand content for you to enjoy at your convenience, and from the comfort of your own home, or while on the go.
Prenatal Yoga On Demand
Prenatal yoga classes are offered throughout the second and third trimesters, at all levels. These classes help to physically and mentally prepare for labor and delivery. Practice on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Postpartum Yoga On Demand
Postpartum yoga classes are designed to help Mothers regain their strength, improve posture, and get the body moving after welcoming your new bundle of joy. You've got this Mama! Practice on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Baby Bonding Yoga On Demand
Babies, bring along your parents, grandparents, or fun-loving grown-ups for some baby bonding time! Have fun on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Yoga For All On Demand
Who can join in? All genders of all levels can join in to reap the benefits of a variety of yoga classes. What's included? Restorative, Stretch, Flow, Mindfulness, and Meditation, Baby Bonding Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Practice on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Taking the time to be still and quiet the mind is so important for our mental health. Mindfulness and Meditation are included in all memberships. You deserve some me time!

I took a restorative yoga class with Gemma and it was a wonderful way to relax and reset. It relieved the strain on my body from sitting at my desk all day. Gemma demonstrated each pose and gave options for modifications to ensure comfort. I would recommend her for anyone looking to begin or expand their yoga practice!

I thoroughly enjoy every class I have with Gemma. As an educator myself, I know she has precisely planned each hour of class; the pace, synchronicity of movement and music together with her instructions of how to choose different levels of positions are unfailingly consistent. I like the way she gives directions with a calm, gentle voice, and she's concise and encouraging. I look forward to logging on, and knowing the class with Gemma will be a mixture of challenge, serenity, and an amazingly tranquil, yet revitalized feeling when I'm finished.

I have recently started doing chair yoga with Gemma. I find it very enjoyable, relaxing, and it's very helpful if you have mobility problems. Gemma is very calm, helpful, and understanding, letting you work at your own pace. Looking forward to more classes.
