Gemma
Gemma is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), Certified Meditation Teacher, Dance Teacher and Mother. After many years of traveling around the world, Gemma found her passion for helping and teaching others in the world of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. She experienced life as a full-time working mother, with a traveling husband, and family miles away. It was then that her desire to provide accessible, at home, and on-demand classes was born.
Classes are pre-recorded and are added to a growing library. The library includes a variety of styles and on demand content for you to enjoy at your convenience, and from the comfort of your own home, or while on the go.
Prenatal yoga classes are offered throughout the second and third trimesters, at all levels. These classes help to physically and mentally prepare for labor and delivery. Practice on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Postpartum yoga classes are designed to help Mothers regain their strength, improve posture, and get the body moving after welcoming your new bundle of joy. You've got this Mama! Practice on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Babies, bring along your parents, grandparents, or fun-loving grown-ups for some baby bonding time! Have fun on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Who can join in? All genders of all levels can join in to reap the benefits of a variety of yoga classes. What's included? Restorative, Stretch, Flow, Mindfulness, and Meditation, Baby Bonding Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Practice on your own time and from the comfort of your own home.
Taking the time to be still and quiet the mind is so important for our mental health. Mindfulness and Meditation are included in all memberships. You deserve some me time!
